A camp for you to explore listening as truth
Listeners Camp is a experiment for us as individuals and as a group to explore what kind of culture that emerges from a deep space of listening.In relationship with nature, different practices and rituals, we will explore what kind of action that emerges through embodied listening. From this place, we will create together as a group, a way of being that could inspire future community-building.

... WE DECIDE TOGETHER! Down here are some examples of practices we are excited to share with you.
SHAMANISM
Looking to nature as our teacher, we will explore rituals and ceremonies to build a relationship to what exist beyond what we can see.
CIRCLING
A relational practice where we explore the sensations and feelings that arrises within in relationship to other beings.
MEDITATION
Being in stillness and witnessing our own inner landscape to support our minds and bodies.
BODY-WORK
Working with bodies in order to listen to what lies beyond words. Using the body as a tool for finding new pathways of being
CAMP ORGANIZERS
FREJA LOHE
A singer, dancer, somatic practitioner and coach. Exploring the ways of shamanism, ceremony, art, magic, somatic therapy and concious activism. Want to research how to weave communities that acts as bridges between worlds to support the liberation of the individual and the collective.
MAX MO KATZ
After spending two decades playing video games, I found a new passion that helped me reclaim my life; Embodiment. My path has led me to modern somatic therapeutic methods, Qi Gong and performance arts. I hope all these practices and experiences I've reciewed will be a nourishing gift to you.
KAMILA KOS
My purpose is simple: to live authentically and support others in finding their freedom, by coming together to move, create, and remember what it means to be human.
Through practices like Circling, Surrender Leadership, and IFS, I’ve learned to welcome all my parts and build real self-connection
